Joanne Pizzuto is co- owner and partner with Stephen Whittemore, also co-owner of the Always Best Care Senior Services located in Alamance and Southern Guilford Counties. With over 10 years of experience in the senior industry, Joanne is a very passionate and knowledgeable resource to assist seniors and their families with Home Care or finding the best community match for assisted living services for your specific needs. Always Best Care is a family owned and operated company serving the Burlington, Greensboro, High Point and Roxboro areas. Joanne strives to provide a high level of support and information as well as a wide range of services which are available immediately to our seniors and their loved ones who are in need of elder care or assisted living placement services.

Stephen Whittemore
An owner in partnership with Joanne Pizzuto, Stephen Whittemore spearheads the operational activities of Always Best Care. Stephen has personally experienced caring for family members with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease and offers a high level of compassion and insight to individuals looking for senior care services. Through his support, the team at Always Best Care is able to provide responsive, professional and seamless service for our clients and their families.

Samantha Black
Always Best Care's Office Manager, Samantha Black holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Samantha champions the management of staffing, administrative and human resources tasks, including interviews, hiring, orientation, scheduling, and other activities to support the day to day performance of the company to continue to offer the highest level of service to our seniors and their families.

Pauline Indalecio
Care coordinator, Pauline Indalecio, is Always Best Care's newest team member. With five years of experience in in-home health care, Pauline has an abundance of knowledge in the industry with experience as a caregiver and retention coordinator. Pauline has a passion for helping seniors, and has firsthand experience with her aging parents. Pauline also has a background in sales, marketing and management, and attended the University of Kentucky.
